Dear parents, this is a gentle reminder that the P5 Camp's Campfire will be on 13 January 2011 (Thursday) and not 14 January 2011 (Thursday) as indicated in the recent Confirmation Letter sent out (on 7 January 2011, Friday).
Also, I've noted that the map has NOT been attached.
Both mistakes will be rectified in a note to be sent out tomorrow (10 January 2011).
My sincere apologies over the oversight.
With regards to the campfire, parents who are visiting, do ensue that dinner is taken as the event is expected to end at around 9.15pm, and you will be given 5 to 10 minutes of mingling time with your child.
Do not come too early as well because the children will most probably be showering, having their dinner and/or preparing for the campfire.
Please do not:
- Bring food for him
- Bring his laundry back
- Bring him back :)
Finally, for those who are driving, you have my assurance that ample parking is available. For those who will be taking the provided transport, please return the reply slips and money ($3.00 per head) by tomorrow (10 January 2011, Monday) as booking for the bus(es) has to be made. I regret to inform that late submissions will not be entertained.
